Battery is NiMH not Li-ION. Told Amazon in early July 2010. They didn’t care. This is late mid August, 2010 I see the description still says Li-Ion

The product header and description specifically say Li-Ion battery, but the battery that was shipped to me is NiMH. Upon closer inspection of the product photo, you can clearly see the battery in the photo is NiMH. I would not have purchased this if I had known the batteries were the same that came with my FlipHD.
