I ordered this pen for a specific “event”, and it worked well for that. However, after a time or two of use, my pen became finicky about wanting to record or not. Sometimes it would “freeze up” and I would miss a chance to record. It would not operate properly until I plugged it into the computer and cleared the data. The video quality is about what you would expect. Not crystal clear by any means, but I was happy with the clarity. Sound was very good. Would be a five star review if it performed flawlessly, but the not recording glitch caused me a lot of frustration…

Stay away from this garbage. Took them forever to just ship it in the first place. I plugged it into the charger it came with to charge it and the second I did I noticed the stand-by light come on. I let it charge for 3 hours and when I took it off of the charger nothing happens. Tried to connect to 4 different pc’s here tried the reset button and nothing. Just sits here with the stand-by light on. If you want something like this don’t be cheap like me.
