The directions for this did not tell you that it was plug and play. I sent an email and got a quick reply telling me it was plug and play. I have used it several times with my daughter who lives 3 1/2 hours away. It is great. If you want hi-tech crisp pics, this may not be for you. If you just want to see and hear who you are talking to, this is the webcam for you. I tried to buy one for a friend who is having a baby so that she could talk to her mom but they were sold out so I guess others have caught on. Love this webcam!

It’s a piece of junk!!!
Plug and Play oh I don’t think so. No no no it’s not as simple as they make it out to be.
I plugged it and nothing played!!
The Wizard came on to install the Webcam and the little icon was on the box below and then just like that “poof” it was gone. Tried to find it and couldn’t find it anywhere on the computer. So I tried it again …and again…. and then again…. nothing zilch zero nada.. I came this close to smashing it to bits!!! ( the webcam not the computer)
My Fiance tried installing it as well he has more patience than I do( He tried it several times and got no where : )
Instructions????
Don’t even get me started on the instructions. They’re no help. And as for the 1800#… THERE IS NONE!!

Great camera, easy to install, cheap, good quality, the camera from Electrone has microphone, will recommend to everybody that wanst an inexpensive good quality camera with microphone.
