This was a replacement for the original monitor cover that was broken when the camera got bumped. That is, it did its job and gave up its life to protect the expensive camera monitor. Don’t leave home without it, the camera monitor needs protection! Amazon is the place to shop for all of your camera needs from cameras to accessories. I am always 100% satisfied with Amazon.com.

This little gadget serves its purpose but it gets beat up and scratched up very easily. I guess that is better than having the LCD damaged but after a couple of months of moderate to high usage of the camera and you pretty much have to replace this thing.

I ordered two covers, one arrived broken. An initial email to the vendor Adorama has not resulted in as much as a reply. A second email was sent today. I have not had any problems with Amazon before, but I definitely will re-think any future purchases from this Amazon-associate vendor.
