I purchased this cord for my sony digital camera because I lost the original. The first one I received in the mail wouldn’t stay in the camera,and seemed as is if a piece was defective. I notified the company the next day,they were very nice, so I didn’t feel ripped off, just thought I was the lucky one to get the defected product. I sent the cord back the following day, which I payed for shipping AGAIN, and a new one came in a timely manner. Because I felt like they wouldn’t rip me off again, I took my time using the cord. When I finally used it, yes, it did stay in the PC, but……was defective in another way. For whatever reason, it DOESN’T work!!! It has to be an internal problem. I am not sending it back again, because by the time I have to pay for shipping AGAIN, I can purchase another one somewhere else! The company basically stole my money, & ripped me off twice with a cheap product.I guess you do get what you pay for!!!!! Don’t waste your hard earned money, or your time!

I was a bit skeptical because of the price but everything worked out fine.I receive product on time. It was in great condition,and works well. I would definately buy from seller again.

The first time i received the cord, there was a very tiny problem with it. I contact the seller right away and they got back to me immediately. They shipped a new cord to me , though I don’t believe they refunded me the cost of shipping the product back to them. Otherwise, it was fine.
