My Ipod shuffle cannot have the tracks changed while driving because this cable does not work to a full capacity in using a track adjustment module attached to the cord, so it should not be described as a complete Ipod piece of equipment. This item should have detailed description of its capabilities, while noting that it will not change tracks on a shuffle. Incarcables can contact me and complete a full refund along with description change, for I will then gladly change my rating to a 5 star for customer service. (UPDATE APRIL 6) They have provided a full refund. Thank you. However, item descriptions needs to be changed for deeper clarification of potential use of item.

I recently bought a new car that came with an auxiliary input jack. I never had one of these before, but I knew I would need a different cable than the one I already had if I wanted to continue playing my iPod when in the car. That’s where this cable comes in. In addition to this particular cable, InCarCables also makes a larger size, just fyi. I think it’s safe to assume that both cables, which are identical in appearance save for length, work exactly the same way: extremely well. All you have to do is plug one end into the car’s jack and the other end into your mp3 player. That’s it! It really couldn’t be easier, especially since InCarCables ships your cable with a little instruction card telling you exactly what you’ll need to do to get your music playing optimally in your car when using the cable. I followed the instructions myself and had absolutely zero trouble. I’ve owned the car and cable for a little over a month now and I have zero complaints about either.
Bottom line: Don’t be concerned that InCarCables is a brand you may have never heard of before or that the price seems too good to be true. InCarCables has superb customer service in case you run into any trouble with the cable whatsoever, and this just happens to be one of those rare occasions when a low price doesn’t mean you’re skimping out on quality.
I’m very pleased with my purchase and know where to go in case I need a replacement. Highly recommended.
