It’s just OK. Wanted a plain VCR to play some old VHS movies, this player skips and jumps a bit but it works . Watch out for WorldWide Distributers though, archaic “we can make it up on shipping and handling” online sales profit mentality. Paid 1/3 the price of the VCR for shipping and handling because I didn’t catch the fine print.

I am the VCR queen due to an extensive high end Rare VHS collection,so
I know my stuff.
For a non expensive really good little work horse this is it.
For some reason,some “hi fi” VCR’S don’t necessarily have good stereo
sound after you have recorded something or even when you run your cable
tv through the VCR,it doesn’t sound really good coming back at ya through
your speakers. This litle baby does !
Less than 2 years ago I paid 34.00 for this machine at my local
one stop food/electronic/garden center.
It’s going strong,I love it.
Easy to program,etc..but the thing I want to impress on you is it’s playback sound recording..it’s true stereo.
That’s rare on a lower end machine.

This is a no-frills VCR. I wanted a VCR that plays and records VHS tapes and nothing more. This unit does that and does it well. I consider it a great value for the price. I had to supply my own cords for a video connection, but this was the only downside.
