I purchased this system for my teen-aged daughter. Set up was a breeze as it only required to be un-packed, and the speaker wires plugged into the marked plugs on the back of the main unit. For some reason, the FM receiver will not pick up one station (naturally the one my daughter wanted to listen to, so we are still working on that). My biggest ding on this system is the power consumption. When you “power the system off” it goes into demo mode and keeps using electricity by showing the features of the system, flashing lights, etc. So, although it is off, it is not. Other that that, it is a great system, easy to set up, fairly easy to use right out of the box.
