I bought this watch as a gift for someone well over a year ago. I’ve had no dimming of the indigo light therefore telling me the battery is still strong. Setting the time is very easy and once you learn the process once you’ll never forget. The watch has a stop watch function, and alarm clock of course, and is very user friendly. Typically I’ve seen batteries last in ironman watches for 3-4 years. I would expect no different from this watch. I would definately recommend this watch or any ironman brand of watch for that matter.
